“My name is Priyanka, and I am Yadav from Bihar, India. My family has cared for cattle and farmed wheat, rice, and lentils for generations. Today, many Yadav also work in medicine, business, science, and politics, and education is important to us. We honor family traditions, and sons are expected to care for their parents and lead the household. I grew up practicing Hinduism, visiting temples and offering prayers for blessing and protection. But many in my community still do not know who Jesus truly is. Pray that the Holy Spirit will draw Yadav families and leaders to Him, and that believers in India will share God’s grace, truth, and love with our people.”

A Story of Priase.
Akhilesh was a hardworking man from North India who belonged to the Yadav community. His family depended completely on cows and buffalo for their livelihood, and for many years, life moved on peacefully. But suddenly, everything began to change.
Strange disturbances started happening in their home. Fear and tension filled the house day after day, and Akhilesh and his family believed they were being troubled by evil spirits. Within a short time, three of their buffalo died, bringing a devastating financial loss to the family. Their once stable life began to collapse, and hopelessness took over their hearts.
Desperate for help, Akhilesh visited many occultists and traditional healers. He spent time and money trying every remedy suggested to him, but nothing changed. The fear remained, their business continued to decline, and peace seemed impossible to find.
Then one day, in the middle of his helplessness, Akhilesh decided to speak with a local pastor and share everything his family was facing. The pastor listened carefully and agreed to visit their home to pray. He came and prayed not only for Akhilesh, but for his entire family and their house. He continued visiting regularly, teaching them about Jesus and praying with them faithfully.
Slowly, things began to change. Peace returned to their home, and they began to sense hope again. Over the next several months, Akhilesh and his family regularly listened to the Gospel and learned more about Christ. The fear that once controlled their lives disappeared, and the heaviness in their home lifted.
Today, Akhilesh and his entire family attend church together and pray as a family. Their home, once filled with fear and darkness, is now filled with peace, joy, and hope.
